Terrible shipping

You just contacted me to ask if I was happy with my order that was shipped 16 days ago? Well Australia Post gave me a delivery date of 10-12 days ago. Then when it didn't arrive, they told me it would be delayed up to 5 days. Yesterday I received an update saying it would be Tuesday - Exactly 14 days from it's original due date and 19 days from when they picked it up from you!!!
To confirm, that's 17 days from Bayswater Vic to Gold Coast QLD!!
Unbelievable, you need a new shipper. I probably won't be buying again because of this☹️
